How do I secure a date for a photoshoot?

Simple. Get in touch, we can discuss the type of shoot you're looking for, and then find a date and time that works for you. A retainer fee is required to secure your slot. 

What type of products do you offer?

I offer both individual products and packages to make the decision process simple. There is no hard sell or minimum spend,simply choose what works for your needs and most importantly your budget. My products range from framed print, wall art, photo albums, individual prints or just digital files on a USB.

Heather Elizabeth Photography releases the right for you to share & print your photos when you purchase digital images. I retain the copyright for all the images.

How many images will I get from my sitting?

Although I do not guarantee a certain number of images, (as all photoshoots are different) the average shoot generally produces somewhere between 25 – 30 final images.

HOW LONG TILL I GET TO VIEW MY IMAGES?

I work fairly quickly my ultimate aim is that the whole process is completed efficiently but also maintaining the quality and care of each images presented to you. With this in mind your images are normally view able within a 2-3 weeks max.

What if I have to cancel the day of the shoot?

Life happens! Children get sick etc – If this is to happen – please don’t “try” to make the shoot –  Your retainer fee is non-refundable but it is 'transferable' so another session can be rescheduled. It is best that both you and your children are in the best mood possible to get the most out of the session. All I ask is that you get in touch as soon as possible if you need to reschedule. 

Travel

I love to do outdoor, on location, shoots.  However, I do have travel limits.  If you would like to choose your own location, please discuss the location with me prior to booking as travel fees may apply. Travel fees may also apply if you would like me to bring my studio to you if you are 10 miles outside of Runcorn, please get in touch for details. 

Payment

All my prices are upfront, so you can make an informed decision prior to your photosession to what you would like to purchase. There is no hard sell or minimum spend. Payment is due on the day of your photo-session for a mini, but for a full session this is done at a viewing appointment about two weeks after your session. Remember to account for the sitting fee as your retainer amount  will come off your balance.

Booking in & after sales

My main enquiries are always best to go through the contact form page, my lovely PA Martine organises my diary and will help you with your initial enquiry and booking in. She works Monday-Friday 9-5. She will respond within 24 hours or if you enquire over the weekend it maybe a little longer. I deal with all correspondence after your session personally.
